02 Nature of the services
The EBA provides connection, information and market-access services on an obligation-of-means basis. The Alliance does not guarantee that business will be closed, nor any commercial outcome.
03 Regulated services
The EBA does not provide legal, tax, financial or regulated intermediation services. Those services are delivered by accredited partners, in their own name, under their own licence and responsibility.
04 Membership
Membership is subject to approval and to the membership terms in force. Fees and terms are communicated during the application process.
05 Intellectual property
The brand, logo and content of this site are the property of the European Business Alliance and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
06 Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction.
